CNS prides itself on having one of the highest client retention rates in the industry, we still manage the freight requirements of our original 10 clients all of which started with us in 2004. CNS does not retain a large sales staff, and elects to add only a few new accounts each year, the goal being sustainable growth whilst always retaining a personalized service. The CNS philosophy for growth is simple, focus on your existing client base and with targeted growth the business will always remain strong.

Anton Gonzalez, commenced as a cadet in 2006 and is the General Manager today. He is able to logistically organise any piece of freight, from a fragile computer to a huge crate of dangerous goods locally, domestically or internationally.

Carlie Gavin, also started with CNS as a cadet in 2013. She always strives to do her best for the clients, whether it is customer service, quoting on movements or booking in freight.
Belinda Medlyn, Started with us in July 2019 and has quickly proven to be a great asset to the team. She uses her customer service and communication skill to create and maintain a healthy relationship with both our clients and our carriers.
Every one of our first 30 clients is still with CNS today. Currently trading with 62 clients 5% have left and 50% of those have subsequently returned to the CNS family. Targeted sustainable growth, suppliers have stayed with the business since day one.
